We asked our colleagues what they do to stay creative and they answered. This tip shows how getting out of your cubicle, watching, listening and observing the crowds can set you apart from the crowd. A new marketing message or strategy, or perhaps, a brand new brand story may emerge.

“When I am uninspired I go people watching. To sit in a crowded bar or restaurant, to walk through Times Square or Grand Central Station, even watch TV. Think about what others are doing and what they are seeing. How can I get their attention, how can I show them something they have never seen, how can I be different?”
